"Ameriserve is the best contractor service I have ever used. During a bad spate of windstorms, Tom came out and fixed my roof. Right after, we had another windstorm and the roof suffered more damage on a different part. He came right back out and fixed it for free just because he didn't want it to seem like it was the part that he worked on before. He even went around the entire roof prying at each and every tile and fixed every defective tile he found. His attentiveness, attention to detail and very reasonable pricing makes him and his company my "go to guy" for every problem I have. From the roof to the bathroom sink, there is nothing they can't fix. "I highly recommend Tom Moore with AmeriServe for your roofing needs. I met with Tom in April of 2019, about 7 months after I had been involved with an unethical roofing company that had me tied up in a contract, but wasn't doing anything about my roof. From September 2018 when I contacted them until I contacted Tom in April 2019, Water was running through my ceiling and causing more damage to my inner walls. I finally decided a 7 month wait was them breaking the contract. When Tom came to check the roof he asked me if I wanted to see my roof and showed me the damage it had, there was no guessing, even I could tell how bad it was. He quoted me what I considered a very fair price to replace my roof. Tom then met with my insurance adjuster after they had already dealt with the other roofing company. He was able to work with my insurance company for a fair settlement on my roof and inside water damage. Tom gave me a sample book of shingle colors, there were 14 colors choices, to select what I wanted and gave me samples of the materials he would use on my roof, the ProArmor Owens Corning underlayment and the Weatherlock Ice and Water Barrier. Because there was a chance of rain on the day they did my roof, and to avoid more interior water damage, Tom brought in two crews to get the job done quickly and correctly. Tom and his team did great work, and I recommend them to my friends and family. Tom went back to the insurance company when there was more damage found in my walls. He filed all the necessary insurance documentation and was able to get more funding for the wall project. He told me financing was available if I qualified, but I didn’t need any financing as I had the funds to pay. This past Saturday March 28th 2020 we had large marble sized hail. Tom stopped by on Sunday afternoon to check out my roof. Because of the quality of shingles they used there was no damage from the marble sized hail.
